Due to this we expanded in 1992 our transports section in order to cover this necessity and pay attention to the increasing demand on transport that had been posed to us. With a wide range of vehicles we can transport every kind of merchandise, even the dangerous ones.

SPECIAL TRANSPORTS

Having special transports’ licenses we can transport that merchandise that either for its extra large either for its extra wide can complicate its transport
At the moment we have a fleet of gondola semi-trailers for special transports, also we have flat platforms with low lateral, sidelifter platforms, carry-on containers platforms, ramp truck for transport of small rolled machinery and tractors with a pulling capacity till 95 TM.

Gondola for special machinery

This singular semi-trailer can transport a cargo till 65 TN with a maximum length of 6400 mm. and a height of only 600 mm. over the road, so we can transport merchandise of 3900 mm. high

Carry-on Containers Gondola

It has a capacity for container transport till 40’ over 900 mm. over the road and till 30 TN weight.
With the new purchase in specialized machinery we can transport your export merchandise on a container either 20’, 30’ or 40’. We lowered the container height that travels only 30cm over the road.

Lowered gondola

With the incorporation of this platform of lowered range we can transport maximum dimensions of 18,3 mts length, 3,4 mts width, 2,9 mts height and 55,5 TN weight.
It’s a four axel semi-trailer, with a low chassis platform that have been already started up in order to cover our clients necessities.

Sidelifter

The new service that we have introduced in Llinas is the use of a auto-charging semi-trailer model; an extraordinary useful system in order to load an upload containers without the necessity to send a crane to do the job.
This trailer is prepared to move and charge containers till 33 tones and from 20 to 40 feet.
The trailer weight is about 10.000 kg. The crane handling is made through a remote control. The fact that a crane won’t be necessary with this auto-charging trailer in load and upload operations of containers from the trailers, means a big advantage because it speeds up the movement and saves costs.
The distance in order to make this operation without risks is 750 mm between the container to be picked up and the auto-charging vehicle. So a minimum distance of 3.250 mm must be taken in order to pick up a container. It must always be in mind that the Sidelifter works on the left side y must be chained to a tractor.
